Petri "Pepe" Lamminsaari

My journey in the world of music started when I was 15 and got my first guitar for Christmas. The first live performance took place when I was 17 and played in a band which, in addition to its own music, also played Slayer and Metallica. This huge rock music spectacle took place in 1990.

My number one musical inspirer at the end of 1990´s was the Swedish guitar wizard Yngwie Malmsteen. Since then I have been inspired by many composers and performers, starting from A.L. Webber to King Diamond and from Pink Floyd to Beethoven.

Since 2005 I have performed my own music together with the singer Anu Kaunisto as an acoustic duo.

• Song writer studies in Ikaalinen 2006
